AHA will provide client-focused facility and medical equipment
consulting throughout the entire design, development, construction,
procurement, and installation process. AHA project managers
serve as a liaison between the client, architects, contractor,
engineers and vendors.  Our presence and involvement in each of
the critical work phases consistently assures that the highest
standards of quality, scheduling and cost effectiveness is achieved.

As a service for the owner client, vendor pressure is managed
away from clinicians and staff.  AHA will serve as an owner
representative in facility and medical equipment issues while
maintaining market standard specifications and compliance.  We
will provide our clients with competitive, accurate costs while
adhering to the assigned budget.  All medical equipment
information flows through a single resource.  AHA then serves as
the primary information source documenting client approval and
decisions with the responsibility of communicating with all involved
team partners.

To both the Architect and Contractor, equipment changes are
managed and coordinated by AHA with every effort being made to
keep change orders to a minimum. Necessary information is made
available at appropriate times, which includes vendor coordination
and document control and assurance that equipment purchases
are made to correspond with the designated delivery schedule.
